In 2021, the oldest insurance holding in Russia, Rosgosstrakh, applied to LINII for rebranding just before its 100th anniversary. The update affected the logo, corporate identity and the entire brand portfolio of affiliated companies.

Our challenge was to combine the long history of the brand and modern trends.

We saved the geometric character of the logo and chose an octagon-based font. However, we excluded the double-headed eagle (the company’s corporate emblem), turning it into a decorative, rather than the main element of the identity. We reduced the detail in it and made the graphics more concise.

The brand’s color scheme also kept historical continuity, but was moderately refreshed with additional shades.
